Announces “Far Out” September 7 Event to Launch iPhone 14

iPhone 14 Event Announced

Apple, via a dedicated Events page and media invites, has revealed that will host its next event on September 7 at 10 am PT (10:30 pm IST). The event will be hosted at the Steve Jobs Theatre and will be in-person for select media. It will be streamed online too, via Apple.com, the Apple TV app, and even its YouTube channel. To recall, WWDC 2022 was also an in-person event for a few journalists.

The confirmation of the event comes after a recent report by Bloomberg, which hinted at September 7 for the launch of the new iPhone 14 series.

The iPhone 14 series is expected to include four models, the iPhone 14, the iPhone 14 Max, the iPhone 14 Pro, and the iPhone 14 Pro Max. This year, we are expected to see major changes for the 2022 iPhone lineup. The iPhone 14 series is expected to include four models, the iPhone 14, the iPhone 14 Max, the iPhone 14 Pro, and the iPhone 14 Pro Max. This year, we are expected to see major changes for the 2022 iPhone lineup.

First up is the introduction of the new iPhone 14 Max, which will replace the mini version and is expected to be the first non-Pro iPhone with a 6.7-inch screen. The second change is speculated to be the “hole+pill” display for the iPhone 14 Pro models, along with support for the Always-on-Display (AOD) feature. We can also expect the Pro models to feature 48MP cameras, a first for Apple.

While the iPhone 14 Pro and the 14 Pro Max are likely to come with the A16 Bionic chipset, the iPhone 14 and the 14 Max could stick to last year’s A15 Bionic chipset as part of a new strategy by Apple, mainly to promote its expensive Pro models. Although, this might not be liked by many. A recent report also revealed that the iPhone Pro Max might be in high demand but the iPhone 14 Max could catch up too.

Camera, battery, and other improvements are also expected. In addition, the Apple Watch Series 8 could be introduced alongside. There could be three Apple smartwatches: the standard Apple Watch Series 8, the Apple Watch Pro, and the Apple Watch SE 2. The AirPods Pro 2 could also be introduced.
