If a user deletes a message, he will immediately see a bar in which clicking Undo will return the message. According to the website, this bar will open only when the app will know that the message has been deleted for you. The user will have a few seconds to recover the deleted message. Keep in mind that this bar will not appear on the ‘Delete for me’ option.
